Quotewerks
Quotewerks is one of the leading quoting software applications.  QuoteWerks pulls ACT! contact information into the quote.  From the Sold To / Ship To tab of the QuoteWerks quote workbook, QuoteWerks will fill in the contact information in the quote by pulling the contact information from the contact that is currently selected in ACT!. QuoteWerks also allows you to define which fields in ACT! should be used for the Ship To contact information (All supported versions of ACT!).

When you select the ACT! contact to use in the quote, the DataLink feature can automatically pull other information from ACT! into the quote such as customer terms, customer sales tax rate, customer profile etc. Customer profiles can be used by QuoteWerks to determine the appropriate pricing a particular customer should receive (All supported versions of ACT!).

In ACT!2005 , you can lookup all the companies that meet your criteria, or all the groups that meet your criteria. But there is no facility to create the lookup of all the contacts that "belong" to those companies or groups. ACT!2005 Lookup Contacts In Companies provides that capability.
