When Act! is used effectively, there is a wealth of business intelligence inside.  This data can help you make improved business decisions.  Has your email campaign generated sales? Has your telemarketing effort produced more customers? When was the last time you visited certain regions? Are people buying all your products and if not, why?  You can find this information in ACT! using a variety of methods. Deep searching routines can be used. There are several reporting tools that can create reports to help zero in on opportunities. Dashboards can graphically depict sales results.
