Our support plans are designed to help increase your knowledge about the products we support and write. Our consultants are committed to providing you with the best and quickest support possible. We have hourly and retainer based agreements. 

Rates:

We have a standard hourly rate with a 15 minute minimum.  We offer plans to purchase hours at discounted rates on a monthly basis.  We call this cafeteria style support.

The tiers are as follows:

Onsite Support:  for onsite support if it is a local drive there is no charge for travel time.  For driving outside the Chattanooga area it is $75 per hour of drive time plus .55 per mile.  Travel to areas outside of driving range is negotiated at the time of the project.  We charge normal and reasonable travel rates.

Remote Support: Using GotoAssist or GoTomeeting from Citrix we can gain access to your computers (safely and without requiring special security on your side). This enables us to provide efficient and timely support exactly when you need it.

Retainer Agreement:
Manage a large salesforce? Have no local IT support? We offer 10/20/40/80 hour retainer agreements. You give out our support number and we do the rest. The hours never expire and can be either onsite or remote support. Contact our offices to sign up today.
