Training Offerings

Patricia Egen Consulting offers training for various topics, including ACT!, Microsoft Office products and Lotus Notes. Our ACT! training courses include Everyday Usage, Advanced Techniques, Power User, and Administration Tips and Tricks. The ACT! software training classes all last 4 hours.

In addition, we offer customized training for ACT! geared to match your business. For ACT! training, we require 4 hours of consulting to build the ACT! training course and a copy of your database. Then, we develop the ACT! training class around your data and your sales model.

Our training options include the following:

  1. Onsite training - (equipment not provided) - typically done in a conference room (10 people maximum) - Cost: $600 per class half day - $800 full day
  2. Corporate Web training - everyone sits at their own computer, calls a conference line and we teach remotely - using your own ACT database (maximum 25 students) - Cost: $500 per class - 4 hours
  3. Public web training classes - regularly scheduled training courses - covering specific topics - prices vary on topic - 4 hours - held at Chattanooga State
  4. Public "Webinette" classes - randomly sceduled training courses - specific topics such as mail merging - 2 hours ($100) or 1 hour ($50)
  5. Classroom training - at our in-house training facility - Cost: $250 per student.

If flight travel is involved we charge fair and reasonable expenses which are identified before travel starts. If we drive, we charge $75 plus $.50 per mile for the travel.
