As the oldest of 6 children in an entrepreneurial family, a wife of over 40 years and the mother of 2 grown sons, Anne Johnson learned responsibility and building customer satisfaction early. Her working career began as the boss’s daughter who knew what the customers wanted when they walked in the door and trained new employees to do the same. That training theme has carried through her working career and into Your Software Coach, the coaching and consulting firm Anne founded more than 20 years ago.
Anne earned a degree in Educational Technology and has taught numerous software and technology classes at colleges, universities and companies throughout the country. Her career in technology began with designing computer-based training for US government organizations and writing technical documentation. She designed MS Access databases for clients who needed to track a variety of information.
Anne was introduced to ACT! in the late 90’s and she became an ACT! Certified Consultant in early 2004 and has focused on helping businesses understand the importance of developing and building customer relationships and using information about those relationships to analyse what turns customers into happy clients.

PEC is full-service business consulting firm with an emphasis on technology.
